Troubleshooting Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO)

I get an error when trying to sign in with Microsoft.

Using the "Continue with Microsoft" button

• Your Microsoft Account email MUST match your Flex User email EXACTLY.
• Try again, double-checking you’re using the Microsoft Account that matches your Flex User email.

I can’t log in to my Microsoft Account.

Using the "Continue with Microsoft" button

• Use Microsoft's sign in help.

My Microsoft account is not my work email account.

Using the "Continue with Microsoft" button

• Your Microsoft Account email MUST match your Flex User email EXACTLY.
• Talk to your system administrator about options for using your Microsoft account as your Flex User email.

I don’t have a Microsoft account.

Using the "Continue with Microsoft" button

• You can only use Microsoft SSO with a valid Microsoft account.

I don’t want people signing in with Microsoft. 

Using the "Continue with Microsoft" button

• Flex confirms the Microsoft email address matches an authorized user in your system and allows access.
• System administrators have zero additional steps to take for existing users to login with Microsoft or when adding new users.
