Overview
Flex provides over 1100 icons to help you label your folders, assets, and task elements. This article will show you how to edit these icons and add your own to your system.
Adding Icons
To add an icon to your Icon Library:
- In the Main Menu, click System Settings and select Icon Library.
- Click the Add New Icon button (in the lower left).
- Enter the Icon Name.
- Enter the Category. This can either match an existing category or you can create a new one.
- Click Add Image and browse to the file on your computer.
- Click OK.
Icon files are limited to 5 KB max. We recommend that they be 16x16 to best meet this limit.
Downloading an Icon
You may want to download an icon file to make a minor edit (like a color change) or to create a new icon with that edit.
To download the icon file from an icon in your Icon Library:
- Click the Main Menu, click System Settings and select Icon Library.
- Search for the icon you are looking to download.
- Click the Options Menu icon that appears on the left when you hover over a line.
- Click Download.
