Overview

The Inventory Manager is a powerful tool that will help you in managing your inventory. In the Inventory Manager, you can view important information about your inventory like current location, barcodes, serial numbers, and more.

To access the Inventory Manager, go to the  Inventory menu, then click Inventory Manager.

When you open the Inventory Manager, you will notice several options along the bottom of the screen:

• An ADD NEW INVENTORY button.
• A CLEAR ALL FILTERS button.
• An EXPORT button.
• A DELETE SELECTED CONTACTS button.

Searching for Inventory in the Inventory Manager

In the Inventory Manager footer, you will notice a couple of search fields in the footer that you can use:

There are two checkboxes that will allow you to include Serial Units and/or Hidden Items in the list. There is also the SHOW ONLY options list which determines whether or not search results will include the following: hidden or deleted items.

Filtering Results

To filter results in the Inventory Manager, use the filters located along the top of the fields.

You can use as many fields as you need to to filter results.
